Description: Document Prep, Lease renewals, input bills, Complete registration forms, schedule rental showing appointments, etc.

2. Independent Contractors Aprox 2-3 Jobs per week:

Wanted Handyman, Independent Contractor!

We are seeking independent contractors to add to our team as our primary contractors for repair requests received from our tenants and property owners. We also seek a separate independent contractor to respond to emergency service requests 24/7. You will be filling the spot of a team that has retired and moved out of state. We are looking for the right team who would like to build their business with us as we continue to build ours.

We currently seek the following two types of contractors:
-Handyman (Handle Repair requests from our tenants and property owners)
-Handyman (Emergency Service tech) Must have the ability and availability to respond quickly at any time/any day. As The Emergency Service Tech, The Goal is to stabilize situations that cannot wait for more than 24 hours for scheduling of final repair. Examples are: active water leaks, Broken door locks, Locked out tenants, No heat due to pilot or tripped breaker, etc

We are a growing company that manages over 50 Properties and are regularly offered home improvement work independent from our managed properties and property preservation work on REO properties.

We seek long-term, solid fixes with attention to detail. Professional courtesy is the minimum, in dealing with our staff and residents. The ability to use the internet is a necessary skill (email, smartphone for job photos and work orders).

We are NOT looking for employees, we are seeking independent contractors to work 2-3 days per week starting. Eventually, 5 days or more if desired. Good pay, a steady stream of small repair jobs with regular apartment renovation work.
